Adyn Townes – December 1

a magical evening …..

Our final show of 2018 folks and it will be awesome.  We know this because we have seen this guy perform a few times.

At the place where endings become beginnings, you’ll find Adyn Townes. Formerly Andy Brown, he turned a fall into the ocean and months of recovery into his jumping off point. His music is challenging. Alternative indie-folk with raw and honest lyrics. Like finding your feet just before you fall, his songwriting is the gravity that pulls you back to earth.

Inspired by the equal-parts hard and smooth voice of David Gray and the clear electric guitar tones of James Bay, Townes is always pushing the boundaries and seeing how close he can get to the edge.

His debut album ‘After The Fall’, produced by Colin Buchanan (Paper Lions, Sorrey) was released this summer.  It sits in the ‘favorites’ pile next to some Andy Brown cds.  His songs are just so good; I want to listen to them again and again and again…..

Join us and discover why yourself!

Adyn Townes : Saturday, December 1 @ 8 pm (doors @ 7:30 pm)

$20 at the door

BYOB.  Snacks offered (shareable snacks welcome but not necessary)

Bringing extra cash for merch (Christmas is coming and fast!) and inviting friends to come along with you are both strongly encouraged.  So is sending us a quick note to say that you are coming and how many you shall be…..it really helpful for us to have a good sense for numbers as we set up for a show, so that everyone is comfortable (and I make enough brownies).

Best,

Monique & George
