Erin Costelo & the Blue Engine String Quartet

News Flash!!  Patchwork will be presenting a special house concert this fall featuring Erin Costelo & the Blue Engine String Quartet!!

These are musicians of the highest calibre and this is a rare opportunity to hear this combination in such a small space as ours.  To ensure we make the most of this gift, we are selling tickets in advance.  We do have a limited space and will not be able to ‘squeeze you in’ at the last minute once our goal is met.  If you are interested in attending this show, please advise and we will get you settled , either via an e-transfer or by getting cash to me.  I am around for much of the summer.

Saturday, September 19 @ 8 pm.  Tickets: $30

Pat LePoidevin – May 2nd

Pat LePoidevin will be bringing a brand new EP to his spring shows, adding to a long list of fabulous collections of original songs.  His previous cd American Fiction remains my favourite find of 2015 with songs that are captivating and beautiful.

And he will be joined on stage by Audrey Brouillet on cello!  I love the cello.  Don’t you?

Possibly the most powerful male singer-songwriter signed up to Searchlight this year. This guy has LUNGS. And LYRICS. For fans of Dan Mangan, Patrick Watson, and Bon Iver.
– Grant Lawrence, CBC Music

Pat LePoidevin – RESCHEDULED TO MAY 2

Pat LePoidevin was a delightful addition to the in-the-dead-of-winter festival this January.  Apart from a huge voice and beautiful songs, Pat gets sounds out of a ukulele I did not know were possible.
